Microfibers in Exercise
Bob Prichard joins Melanie Cole M.S. to discuss his discovery that people lose flexibility as a result of microfibers, or mild scar tissue, that accumulate in the connective tissue between the muscles as a result of old injuries, illnesses and overuse that led to a new method to reverse stiffness. He will discuss that releasing microfibers reverses many of the symptoms of aging such as loss of flexibility and height, poor posture and mental decline.
While a pre-med major in college, Bob Prichard accidentally discovered a new method to improve flexibility. His discovery that people lose flexibility as a result of microfibers, or mild scar tissue, that accumulate in the connective tissue between the muscles as a result of old injuries, illnesses and overuse led to a new method to reverse stiffness. As he released microfibers in runners, they often cut a minute per mile off their running pace. His Olympic athletes have won 44 Gold Medals and have set 11 World Records. His pro golfers have won the US Open as a rookie, improved their putting from #113 to #1 on tour, quadrupled their tour income and increased their longest drive from 295 to 400.
But what is most remarkable is that releasing microfibers reverses many of the symptoms of aging such as loss of flexibility and height, poor posture and mental decline.
