Dr. Ryan Stanton is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician in Lexington, KY, splitting duties between UK Good Samaritan Hospital and UK Chandler Medical Center. Stanton serves as the Medical Director for the ER and is very active in the leadership process of the hospital. He is employed by Marshall Emergency Service Associates while at Good Samaritan. At UK Chandler Medical Center, Ryan is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine as attending faculty for the UK Department of Emergency Medicine Residency Program which is a three year residency with 24 active residents. Stanton is active in several state and national medical societies, through presentations and leadership roles. He is currently the Education and Public Relations Chairman for the Kentucky chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Ryan has also been named to the Public/Media Relations Committee for the American College of Emergency Physicians. Through ACEP, he regularly contributes to various media outlets.
